Full Job Description

We're seeking a Flooring Installer Helper to join our team in Appleton, WI. In this hands-on role you'll help install a range of flooring materials in commercial settings. It's a great fit for someone with attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a crew.

What you'll do:

Operate a floor sander and various power and hand tools
Measure and cut flooring materials to fit each space
Prep subfloors — removing existing flooring, leveling, and cleaning
Repair or replace damaged flooring as needed
Apply stains, sealers, finishes, and grouts
Handle material hauling, sweeping, and site cleanup
Work with the crew to keep projects on schedule

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on flooring or related trades experience
Reliable transportation to job sites
Comfortable using power tools and hand tools
Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot on the job

Good to know:

Location: Green Bay, WI
Some overnight travel may be required (company-provided) SD123

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
