Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Philadelphia, PA | $65,000 - $80,000

Community Autism Services, now partnered with Bluebird ABA, is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to deliver high-quality, relationship-based ABA services across school, home, and community settings. At Community Autism Services, now partnered with Bluebird ABA, we believe effective behavioral intervention happens in the environments where children live and learn. Our Licensed Behavior Specialists play a critical role in supporting students across school, home, and community settings. This role blends clinical independence with collaborative support. You'll partner closely with schools, families, and interdisciplinary providers while delivering individualized, data-driven ABA services grounded in relationship-based and person-centered care.

We recognize the many facets of the job and differentially compensate for these based on the skills and expertise they require.

Clinical Service Rate: Competitive rate paid for all high-level clinical services provided (including BHT supervision and assessment and treatment planning)
Direct Service Rate: Compensation for direct sessions spent implementing therapy with clients.
Administrative Rate: Compensation for non-clinical tasks such as meetings, training, etc. Details are reviewed transparently during the interview process.

Role Overview

As a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS), you will provide behavioral consultation and direct ABA services to children and adolescents across school, home, and community settings. You will design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans, collaborate closely with educators and caregivers, and ensure services are clinically sound, ethical, and effective in natural environments.

What You'll Do

Provide medically necessary ABA services primarily within school settings, with additional home and community support as needed
Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland)
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers
Provide caregiver and stakeholder training to support generalization of skills
Collect, analyze, and document clinical data and session notes
Maintain timely, accurate documentation
Ensure ethical, trauma-informed, and assent-based service delivery

Qualifications

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a closely related field
Active Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential
Experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents
School-based or community-based experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of Verbal Behavior, PRT, or naturalistic teaching strategies a plus
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
