Job Title: SOX Administrative Support Specialist

Location: Remote (PST hours)

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be $100.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 4–5 months (07/14/2026 – 11/30/2026), with potential to extend up to 6 months
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Summary:

Provide calendar and administrative support to multiple Accounting function leads, reporting to the team's Leadership Business Partner
Manage and coordinate calendars for multiple leads, resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing competing needs
Build and maintain simple systems for tracking meeting requests, action items, and recurring scheduling needs
Support light administrative tasks tied to SOX compliance (documentation tracking, sign-off coordination, recordkeeping)
Serve as point of contact for calendar-related questions and requests
Use AI tools to streamline scheduling, communication, and administrative workflows

Requirements:

Strong calendar management experience supporting senior executives
Exceptional written communication skills, particularly via email
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong follow-through
Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
Discretion with sensitive information and professionalism with senior stakeholders
Preferred: background at a large consulting firm and/or exposure to SOX compliance or audit documentation
