Practice Overview:

Blend clinical dermatology with sponsored clinical research, tailoring the balance as your research interests grow.
Join an established research network with dedicated regulatory, coordinator, and operational support already in place.
Lead studies across a range of dermatologic conditions while helping shape a flagship Canadian research program.
Access established sponsor relationships, proven study pipelines, and opportunities to expand into more advanced trials over time.

Schedule:

Flexible clinical and research mix based on your interests and experience.
Research-experienced physicians can transition quickly into active study participation and program growth.
Physicians new to research can begin with a primarily clinical practice while gradually increasing research involvement.
Dedicated research staff manage much of the administrative workload, allowing you to focus on patient care and study oversight.

Compensation & Benefits:

Revenue-sharing model with Principal Investigator compensation of approximately 15-20% of study revenue, with no earning cap.
Opportunity to generate additional income through clinical research alongside your existing practice.
Established operational infrastructure eliminates the need to build a research program independently.
Compensation details reviewed directly during the interview process based on your practice model and level of research involvement.

Candidate Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
Experienced clinical investigators and research-curious physicians are encouraged to apply.
Interest in growing a clinical research program while maintaining an active dermatology practice.
French-English bilingual skills are welcomed for Montreal opportunities but are not required.
