Description:

CAM Duties — Serve as Control Account Manager for assigned cost accounts. Plan and baseline work packages, track schedule and cost performance, and generate accurate Estimates at Completion (EACs). Prepare variance analysis and corrective action plans. Support program Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and routine EVMS reporting.
Cross-Functional Coordination — Interface with IPT leads, production operations, supply chain, quality, and customer representatives. Participate in technical interchange meetings, program reviews, and risk/opportunity boards.

Basic Qualifications:

Active Secret security clearance. Familiarity with systems engineering lifecycle processes (requirements, design, integration, verification). Ability to work in a classified lab or production environment.

Desired Skills:

Exposure to earned value management (EVMS) and CAM responsibilities. Experience with production or sustainment engineering in a DoD environment. Familiarity with F-35 program processes, tools, or data systems. Working knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS). Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical material to diverse audiences.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
