Job Overview

Power To Fly is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Engage with users via live chat in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information and guidance regarding Power To Fly's resources, job placements, training, and networking opportunities.
Assist users with platform navigation and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Uphold the company's values of diversity and inclusion in every interaction.
Escalate complex enquiries to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the user's issue until resolution.
Document user interactions and feedback meticulously to support continuous improvement of our services.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong preference for experience in live chat or digital communication.

A high level of empathy and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
