Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and validate large data sets from various sources
Analyze data using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
Interpret and present data findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop data collection methodologies
Develop and maintain data models, databases, and dashboards for efficient data analysis and reporting
Identify data quality issues and implement measures to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide insights to support business objectives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies and initiatives
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL, Python, or R
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and methodologies
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies or anomalies
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
