Dealer Owned Warranty Company LLC is a leading provider of F&I (Finance and Insurance) partnership services in the automotive industry, offering a full suite of obligor and administrator services, top-of-the-line products, technology, and training. We understand the importance of leveraging process and technology in the F&I industry to drive revenue and ensure success. Our office headquarters is located in Parsippany, NJ.

**This position is ON-SITE full-time in Parsippany, NJ. We are only seeking local candidates at this time.**

Job Summary:
We are seeking two F&I experts to support one of DOWC's key accounts as a virtual support manager to the field. The Virtual Manager plays a critical role in extending our key account's reach into smaller or lower-volume markets where in-store coaching may not be practical. Acting as a virtual command center, this role provides remote training, coaching, and support through digital platforms to ensure consistent dealer performance across all markets. Although virtual, this role is fully based on-site at the DOWC headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive video-based F&I performance coaching sessions and process audits for assigned dealerships to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
Provide real-time analysis of deal structures, menu presentations, and compliance documentation to enhance sales effectiveness and mitigate risks.
Partner with District and Regional Managers to deliver targeted training and development support for out-of-market dealership teams.
Execute structured follow-up sessions to track progress against defined performance goals and deliver detailed outcome reports to senior leadership.
Analyze dealer performance trends and key metrics through CRM dashboards while identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending data-driven corrective actions.
Maintain seamless communication and alignment with field operations to ensure consistent execution of sales processes and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2-5+ years of F&I training or management experience preferred.
Must have experience training F&I sales techniques and compliance standards.
Extensive F&I knowledge and automotive retail experience required.
Sales training or virtual coaching experience preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills across digital platforms.
Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics, dashboards, and video conferencing software.
Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
Ability to adapt coaching methods to various dealership sizes and regions.
Proven ability to deliver effective coaching methods via virtual conference.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to travel to the DOWC headquarters when needed.
