Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer / Capital Equipment Sales Manager to lead our technical sales initiatives for high-value capital equipment solutions. This role combines technical expertise with strategic sales acumen to drive growth, foster strong customer relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet complex client needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging their technical knowledge and sales experience to influence decision-makers and close major deals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of innovative technology solutions, empowering clients with cutting-edge equipment and services. Compensation will provide a competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.

Duties

Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting enterprise clients for capital equipment solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating features, benefits, and value propositions.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions that address specific customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Lead pre-sales activities including technical assessments, proposal development, and solution architecture discussions to support the sales cycle.
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing, maintaining strong relationships throughout.
Provide ongoing technical support post-sale, including troubleshooting, training, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct analysis of client needs and develop tailored proposals that demonstrate ROI and operational benefits.
Deliver engaging product demos that highlight technical features and competitive advantages to diverse audiences.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and client expectations. Clear understanding of computer networking concepts and protocols essential for configuring and troubleshooting complex systems.
Proven ability in pre-sales activities—technical presentations, product demos, proposal writing—and translating customer needs into technical solutions.
Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple client engagements from inception through completion.
Strong analysis skills to evaluate client requirements, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
Exceptional communication skills for delivering compelling product demonstrations and technical explanations to varied audiences.Demonstrated success in technical sales within capital equipment markets—building trust and closing high-value deals. This role is perfect for motivated professionals eager to leverage their technical expertise in a strategic sales capacity—driving growth while delivering innovative solutions that transform client needs and operations.
