Full Job Description

Vaco Atlanta is hiring a Systems Engineer to join a growing, industry-leading engineering company supporting critical safety projects. This newly created role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact while building the future of the engineering team.

Role: Systems Engineer
Location: Norcross
Job Type: Direct Hire
Onsite: 100% onsite
Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 annually

What You'll Do:

Design and reverse engineer electrical systems and obsolete instrumentation components
Create electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation
Analyze analog circuits, perform component equivalency evaluations, and support qualification testing
Coordinate with vendors, test labs, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams
Help drive projects from concept through production while supporting cost, schedule, and compliance

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of electrical design experience (10+ years preferred)
Experience with PCB schematic capture/layout, analog circuit analysis, and reverse engineering
Strong technical documentation skills in a regulated environment
