Full Job Description

The TPO Support Specialist supports the Sales team by processing new wholesale broker applications, annual recertifications, and other administrative functions within the TPO Support Department. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:

· Process new wholesale broker packages in accordance with company policies and procedures, including due diligence such as background checks of principals, licensure verification, review of company organizational structure, and financial documentation.

· Communicate with brokers throughout the application process to collect the documentation necessary for approval.

· Create and manage broker profiles in the LOS for principals, loan originators, and processors.

· Monitor the team email inbox for incoming requests from sales staff and brokers, and respond in a timely manner.

· Provide customer service to Account Executives regarding broker status checks.

· Process annual recertifications.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent, required.
Minimum one year of mortgage industry experience, preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, required.
Knowledge of Encompass, preferred.
Knowledge of Smartsheet, preferred.
Prior experience processing broker applications, preferred.

Compensation

$23-$27 an hour DOE

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
