Full Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and visionary Front of House Manager to lead our dynamic hospitality team and elevate the guest experience across our diverse food and beverage operations. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and innovative culinary offerings. As a key driver of our hospitality vision, you will oversee multiple outlets, including dining, private events, and bar services, fostering a vibrant environment that delights guests and motivates staff. Your expertise in food service management, team development, and hospitality operations will inspire excellence at every touchpoint.

You will help lead our front-of-house team, uphold our service standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. For the events, you will support our events team on site in coordinating and executing everything from intimate dinners to large-scale celebrations.

The ideal candidate is:

Key Responsibilities:

Restaurant Supervision:

Service and Operations: Supervise staff recruitment, training & development programs to foster a skilled and motivated team committed to exceptional customer service
Hospitality Management: Lead efforts in hospitality management by creating welcoming environments that promote guest loyalty and positive reviews
Staff Management: train & motivate restaurant staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Guest Relations: Act as a point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and protect the restaurant's reputation.
Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage quality and ensure consistency with product as well as ensuring all regulations are followed

Event Assistance:

Event Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Special Events Manager. Assist in event setup & supervision.

Staff Supervision: Lead event staff as directed, providing clear instructions and support to ensure events run according to plan.
Event Execution: deliver event-day responsibilities with prevision. Including verifying menu accuracy, guest check-in, technical equipment checks, and overall event logistics and timing. Oversee full venue setup—ensuring everything is in place, from the major foundational elements to the subtle nuances that elevate the guest experience.
Client and Guest Experience: Address guest inquiries and requests during events, ensuring a positive and smooth experience for host and attendees

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
