About the Opportunity

Majestic Empire Financial Services is looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are ready to learn the tax business and build an additional stream of income. No prior tax experience is required—we provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you get started.

This is a remote, performance-based opportunity designed for individuals who want to develop tax preparation skills, build their own client base, and grow with our team during tax season.

Responsibilities

Complete tax preparation training and onboarding.
Prepare individual tax returns after training.
Communicate professionally with clients.
Maintain confidentiality and follow IRS guidelines.
Build and grow your own client base with ongoing support.
Attend training sessions and stay up to date on tax law changes.

Qualifications

At least 18 years old.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable internet connection and computer.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Professional attitude and positive work ethic.
No previous tax experience required.
