Required skills

1+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in IT/digital companies;
Experience with technical recruitment and developing long-term talent pipelines;
Knowledge and implementation of effective sourcing and outreach techniques using a variety of platforms and tools;
Experience in recruiting internationally;
Strong negotiation skills;
Team-oriented approach to your work;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment within short deadlines;
Upper-intermediate English level (speaking/writing).
Excellent communication and relationship development skills;
Autonomous, dynamic and results-oriented approach;
Problem-solving and open-mindedness;
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to change;
Sense of initiative, attention to detail;
A desire to develop your career in a dynamic, innovative global organisation.

Responsibilities

Drive the full-cycle recruitment process, including coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates;
Enlarge and manage the candidates’ database;
Maintain up-to-date information in our recruitment tool as well as other tracking documents;
Assist in integrating employees recruited into the team;
Create new ways to engage passive candidates through sourcing and social media.
