Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Regional Manager to lead multiple teams across diverse territories, driving growth and operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee regional sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and foster strong relationships with clients and partners. Your leadership will inspire teams to achieve ambitious targets while ensuring exceptional customer service and business development. This position offers a dynamic environment where your management skills and sales expertise will directly impact the company's expansion and success.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals through outside sales efforts and targeted marketing campaigns.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and training needed for success.
Cultivate and maintain strong B2B (business-to-business) relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand market presence.
Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and developing tailored solutions for clients.
Oversee account management activities, ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.
Utilize analysis skills to monitor regional performance metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements for continuous growth.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility within the region.
Leverage technology sales experience, including familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, to streamline sales processes and track progress effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong management skills with previous leadership experience in a regional or multi-site environment.
Excellent negotiation abilities coupled with effective business development techniques.
Demonstrated expertise in account management, customer service, and relationship building.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies that support sales growth.
Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead teams and engage clients confidently.
