Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Bi-lingual Spanish Territory Sales Rep to drive growth across designated regions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop new business, manage key accounts, and expand our market reach through proactive sales strategies.

Responsible to maximize market penetration for MW Company’s portfolio Street Performance products that include WELD OFF ROAD, WELD Performance, Forgestar, ADV.1 in assigned territory. Directly prospecting for potential dealers in assigned territory, including cold calling and qualifying valid dealer accounts. Will be responsible to maintain regular and consistent customer contact to develop and increase share of accounts wheel business. Record and monitor customer contacts initiate minimum of semi-annual contact with every lead and dealer in assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging their outside sales expertise to build lasting customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Duties

Cultivate new business opportunities through targeted lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories
Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, upselling, and long-term retention
Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate clients on our offerings
Develop strategic territory plans to maximize sales potential and market penetration
Utilize software such as Salesforce & Plex to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute territory-specific campaigns and promotional events

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, or territory management
2 years’ experience in automotive aftermarket sales
Understanding of automotive, performance and motorsports
Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and account management
Familiarity with Salesforce for tracking leads and managing customer relationships
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations
Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies
Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales plans
Self-motivated with a passion for business development and achieving targets
