As a Public Health Call Center Agent, you’ll play a vital role in one of the largest health studies in the country. You'll conduct phone interviews using scripted questions to gather data on the health behaviors and lifestyle choices of Kansans. This information directly supports public health programs that make a real difference.

This is a part-time, onsite position in Topeka, KS, ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to support public health.

Duties

Conduct telephone interviews using pre-written health-related scripts and enter responses into a computer

Ask survey questions in a professional, unbiased, and consistent manner

Maintain accurate call records and meet minimum weekly hour requirements (15+ hrs)

Provide a calm, courteous, and neutral experience for survey participants

Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, clear phone voice

Ability to follow a script and remain neutral and professional

Comfortable using a computer and working in a structured office environment

Reliable attendance and willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
Hourly: $15/hr
