Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to ensure the integrity and accessibility of information. Your proactive approach and technical proficiency will contribute significantly to the efficiency of our office operations. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong computer skills, office management experience, and a passion for maintaining precise records to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Enter and update data into multiple software systems, including spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Manage client and internal communications via multi-line phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette and prompt customer support
Organize and maintain filing systems—both digital and physical—to facilitate easy retrieval of information
Proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before final submission
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members or clients
Support office management tasks such as bookkeeping, filing, and basic administrative functions
Provide excellent customer service through front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism

Qualifications

Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support within an office environment
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and productivity software
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping tools is a plus
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in typing and proofreading
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining courteous communication
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Prior experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting
