Full Job Description

Job Family:

What You Will Do:

Manage large projects with limited guidance or oversight, delegate work to lower-level employees and review others' work within job area.
Achieve both client and company operational objectives.
Rely on extensive commercial lending experience to independently develop approaches to solutions within job area.
Recommend product enhancements and collaborate with business analysts on business requirements.
Provide guidance to technology team on user experience and user acceptance testing.
Identify and incorporate moderate improvements to guidelines and processes to enhance performance of job area.
Influence others inside and outside the organization to justify practices, policies, and procedures (i.e., change management)
Assist on large, complex project initiatives of strategic importance to the client and organization.
Communicate with external clients or stakeholders to ensure alignment on policies, standard operating procedures, concepts, and approaches. Prepare and present training materials for loan systems to clients and third-party stakeholders.
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees across the Company within functional area of expertise.

What You Will Need:

Requires strong knowledge of government lending policies and procedures.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of project management.
Requires a University Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience; (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
5 years of experience working within government loan systems.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Experience with testing and implementation of commercial or government lending platforms
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Outstanding organization, analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong people skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong network of SBA government guaranteed lenders.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
