Shamrock Animal Hospital, a full-service, family-owned, small animal hospital in Rosemount, MN, is looking for a full-time/part-time receptionist. We are seeking an applicant who has prior veterinary reception experience(preferred), loves to work with owners and their pets, has a positive/optimistic attitude, makes owners feel comfortable and confident that themselves and their pet will be treated with respect and receive top-notch care, works well with colleagues, has clear and concise communication, is organized, maintains lobby cleanliness, and respects a work-life balance. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Communicate clearly between the front and back (admissions & discharges) and your team members to support a smooth flow of patient/client care.
Client services.
Scheduling appointments.
Filing.
Answering phones.
Light cleaning duties.
Triaging emergencies.
Assist in training new staff.
Work schedule: 4-5 day work week.
Clinic Hours:
Monday- Friday. 7:45 am. - 6 pm.
