Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will drive the full cycle recruitment process, leveraging your bilingual communication skills to connect with diverse candidates across multiple platforms. Your energetic approach will help us attract top talent, manage candidate relationships, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth by sourcing, engaging, and onboarding high-caliber professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume positions.
Source candidates through multiple channels such as social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, talent management software, and direct outreach via cold calling and research.
Conduct interviews in both languages to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and motivation while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruiting agencies to align recruitment strategies with organizational needs.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) like iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo to track applicant progress and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
Negotiate employment contracts and offers while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law and HR legal standards.
Lead employer branding initiatives through social media management and targeted campaigns to attract diverse talent pools.

Qualifications

Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across various industries with a focus on high-volume and technical recruiting.
Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish) is required for effective communication with diverse candidates.
Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques, talent management software (such as PeopleSoft, SAP HRIS), and HR systems like Workday or UltiPro.
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
Familiarity with employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, contracts, employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Experience with social media marketing (recruitment), lead generation, and leveraging platforms like Salesforce or ADP for recruitment activities is preferred.
