Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce & IT Operations Executive to support daily online store operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, website monitoring, and technical coordination.
This role combines e-commerce operations and IT support, making it ideal for candidates interested in building careers in digital commerce, technology, logistics, and online business management.
Key Responsibilities :
E-Commerce Operations
- Process and manage daily online orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitor order status from placement to delivery
- Coordinate product scanning, packing, and shipping activities
- Track shipments and update customers when necessary
- Maintain inventory accuracy across sales channels
- Assist with product listing updates and catalog management
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely dispatch
- Handle returns, exchanges, and delivery-related issues
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
IT & Website Operations
- Monitor website performance, uptime, and functionality
- Identify and report website bugs, UI/UX issues, and system errors
- Assist in maintaining e-commerce platforms and website systems
- Support troubleshooting of technical issues affecting store operations
- Coordinate with developers on updates, fixes, and enhancements
- Perform basic content updates and website testing
- Monitor website speed and operational performance
- Assist in maintaining React.js-based frontend applications
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track daily sales and operational performance metrics
- Generate reports for management review
- Monitor system alerts and operational issues
- Maintain documentation of technical and operational processes
- Analyze order trends and inventory movement
