FlexTrades is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to support a leading aerospace manufacturing facility. This role is primarily focused on creating and validating CMM inspection programs for complex composite parts and assemblies.

Responsibilities
- Program CMMs using PC-DMIS and/or Calypso
- Create and prove out inspection programs on Hexagon and Zeiss CMMs
- Interpret engineering drawings, models, and GD&T requirements
- Inspect complex composite components and assemblies
- Create setup sheets, work instructions, and inspection visuals
- Perform occasional manual inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Support quality initiatives and help reduce inspection backlog
- Train and mentor team members when needed
Qualifications
- Experience programming CMMs with PC-DMIS, Calypso, or both
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills
- Experience with complex parts and assemblies
- Faro Arm/PowerInspect experience is a plus
- Composite materials experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Pay and Benefits
- Pay: $45/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half
- Access to a full suite of benefits
- Travel Pay to and from the project
- Paid lodging (Single-Occupancy Hotel Room)
- Per diem ($45/day)
