Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:30-5:00; Friday 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Work Week: 38 hours paid as 40
Work Location: This position is primarily on-site, but employees must have a dedicated space at home for a remote work set-up to be used on an as-needed basis.
Position Overview
Liberty HealthShare is seeking a Digital Marketing & Web Assistant to support the execution and optimization of our digital marketing, website, and member communication efforts.
This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in digital marketing, website management, marketing technology, and content production. This person will work closely with the Graphic & Web Designer to help maintain digital assets, manage marketing systems, support communication campaigns, and improve the online experience for prospects and members.
This position offers hands-on experience across website administration, HubSpot marketing automation, content management, SEO, analytics, and digital communications.

What You’ll Do
Website & Digital
· Maintain website content, forms, landing pages, and digital assets
· Assist with website audits and content improvements
· Support SEO initiatives and website optimization efforts
· Monitor Google Search Console and address alerts related to indexing, schema, and site performance
· Assist with UX and journeys
Marketing Operations
· Build and manage marketing campaigns within HubSpot
· Support email marketing campaign setup, testing, and reporting
· Assist with contact management and CRM data quality
· Monitor marketing workflows, audience segments, forms, and automation
· Help develop and execute SMS communication campaigns
· Track campaign performance and provide reporting insights
Content & Creative Support
· Create and format blog posts and website content under the supervision of the Web Designer
· Produce featured images and occasional supporting templated graphics for digital content
· Assist with YouTube channel management, thumbnails, shorts, and video publishing
· Update promotional graphics, web banners, and seasonal marketing assets
· Help organize and manage digital asset libraries
Project Coordination
· Coordinate requests from internal stakeholders
· Track project deadlines and follow up on outstanding deliverables
· Assist with documentation updates and process improvement efforts
· Support cross-functional marketing and communication initiatives

What We’re Looking for
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Excellent written communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
· Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM platform
· Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
· Experience with website content management systems
· Basic understanding of SEO principles
· Experience creating professional content for social media, email, or websites
· Interest in digital marketing analytics and reporting
