Full Job Description

Location: Willow Grove, PA

Duration: ongoing multi year contract

Position Description:

Technical support of both iOS and Android mobile devices
Support clients and mobile devices across the enterprise
Help through major rollout for the enterprise
Travel between local sites within the region
Customer Service (Phone & In-Person) including troubleshooting, general support, In-service, training
Development of End User Reference Documentation
Configuring, Delivering and Maintaining Mobile Devices
Computer Applications: AirWatch, ServiceNow, Carrier Web Portals, Word, Excel, Interaction Desktop

Required Skills:

Must have experience with mobile devices product support- smartphones and tablets
MDM experience/knowledge
Confident ability to work independently, as the resolution point for any mobility issues that arise.
Polished and patient customer service approach. Professionalism is extremely important in this culture.
Sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and prioritize
Technical support experience with mobile devices - both in-person and phone support a must
