About the Role

Tecra Tools is seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing and Website Specialist to manage our digital presence and support our continued growth.

This position combines website management, digital marketing, content creation, social media management, email marketing, and brand support. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable updating website products, creating social media content, writing marketing copy, and analyzing campaign performance.

This role requires creativity, organization, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Your goal? To build a badass brand that stands out in the crowded tool market.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management & E-Commerce

Maintain and update the company website.
Create and update product pages, categories, pricing, specifications, and images.
Develop landing pages for promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
Ensure website content remains accurate and current.
Improve website functionality, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
Coordinate product updates with internal teams.

Digital Marketing

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Support promotional initiatives, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
Develop marketing materials to support sales initiatives.

Social Media Management

Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Develop and maintain a content calendar.
Create, schedule, and publish content across all platforms.
Maintain a minimum posting schedule of two posts per week on each platform, including at least one video-based post.
Capture product, employee, and behind-the-scenes content.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages as appropriate, and help grow the company's online presence.
Collaborate with management to ensure consistency in branding, promotions, and messaging.

Content Creation

Write product descriptions, website copy, email campaigns, blog content, and promotional materials.
Produce content that supports both SEO and brand awareness goals.
Create compelling messaging that communicates the value of Tecra Tools products and services.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO/AEO)

Optimize website pages and product listings for search engines.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO/AEO best practices.
Monitor website rankings and recommend improvements including, but not limited to Google Ads, Wordpress, Meta.

Email Marketing

Develop and distribute email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional announcements.
Maintain email marketing lists and templates.
Analyze campaign performance and improve engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor website traffic, social media performance, and marketing metrics.
Generate reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
Track campaign performance and return on investment.

Qualifications

· 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, social media, or related fields.

· Experience managing websites using platforms such as WordPress or WooCommerce.

· Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.

· Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.

· Strong written communication skills.

· Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is preferred.

· Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus.

· Photography, video editing, or content creation experience is highly desirable.

· Passion for Tools: A genuine interest in tools, craftsmanship, and the DIY community. Knowledge of the tool industry is a major plus.

· Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to pitch in and support the team.
