Job Description:
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
- Perform risk management through Risk register to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Proficient in the below Technical Skills and Project Management tools
o Knowledge of Cloud Services, Data Centers, Networking, Wintel, Patching and Vulnerability mitigation
o Knowledge of middleware support IBM WebSphere Application Server IBM HTTP Server Tomcat Apache Nginx Microsoft IIS IBM BPM IBM MQ
o Good knowledge of Linux RHEL 7 and above Unix AIX Operating Systems
o Strong analytical problem identification and problem-solving skills including capability to identify OS issues
o AIXLinux RHEL Unix OS
o MS VISIO
o MS Project
o Power Bi
o Smartsheet
o Teams
o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
o Should be good in maintaining project documents i.e. Project Charter, SOW, Requirement gathering, KPI reporting, RAID, RACI matrix, Communication strategy.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
- Knowledge of requirements definition and reporting methods
- Skills in requirements developing and reporting
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Understanding and working knowledge of Agile Methodology
- Scrum certification and/or Project management certifications
Soft Skills Required:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills: financial/budget management, scheduling and resource management

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $127,200.00 to $142,400.00 per year
