Summary/Objective:

The Production Worker will be responsible for assembling our products, operating production machinery, assisting with shipping, inventory, and other duties as needed and requested. In addition, this role requires adherence to all health and safety requirements.

Essential Functions

Maintain high product quality and manufacturing yield while ensuring optimal use of resources and adherences to best safety practices.
Perform a variety of task that require manual material handling and use of hand tools, machinery, and equipment while processing, packaging, and shipping products.
Set-up and calibrate equipment as required.
Perform quality inspection and routine cleaning, as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work station.
Follow good documentation practices (GMPs).
Read and follow work orders
Perform other duties as required

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma.
Must be able to read and understand basic English
Production experience in nutraceutical and supplement manufacturing a plus
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds, work in a cold or hot environment, and able to stand on concrete for a minimum of 8 hours daily
Able to make changes by hand, or by running machinery
Ability to meet production assembly performance metrics

Resumen / Objetivo:

El trabajador de producción será responsable de ensamblar nuestros productos, operar la maquinaria de producción, ayudar con el envío, el inventario y otras tareas según sea necesario y solicitado. Además, esta función requiere el cumplimiento de todos los requisitos de salud y seguridad en el trabajo.

Funciones esenciales

Mantener la alta calidad del producto y el rendimiento de fabricación al tiempo que se garantiza un uso óptimo de los recursos y el cumplimiento de las mejores prácticas de seguridad.

Realizar una variedad de tareas que requieran el manejo manual de materiales y el uso de herramientas manuales, maquinaria y equipo mientras procesan, empacan y envían productos.
Configurar y calibrar el equipo según sea necesario.
Realizar una inspección de calidad y una limpieza de rutina, según sea necesario.
Mantener la estación de trabajo limpia y organizada.
Seguir las buenas prácticas de fabricación (GMP).
Leer y seguir órdenes de trabajo.
Realizar otras tareas según sea necesario.

Educación y experiencia requeridas

Diploma de escuela secundaria.
Debe poder leer y entender inglés básico.
Experiencia en producción de nutracéuticos y fabricación de suplementos es recomendada.
Debe poder levantar, empujar y jalar hasta 35 libras, trabajar en un ambiente frío o caliente y tener la capacidad de trabajar parado durante un mínimo de 8 horas diarias.
Capacidad de realizar cambios a mano o haciendo funcionar maquinaria.
Capacidad para cumplir con las métricas de rendimiento del ensamblaje de producción.
