Full Job Description

Accounts Receivables Responsibility

- Daily Invoicing

- Prepare daily journal entries related to cash receipts, billings and deposits.

- Responsible for entering and posting cash receipts to customer accounts

- Process and apply accounts receivable transactions.

- Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues.

Accounts Payable Responsibility

- Process and maintain all vendor invoices and payments.

- Manage all vendor invoice related communications.

- Publish daily cash balances and assist with cash forecast reporting.

- Calling Customers For Money That Is Due

Other Responsibilities

- Entering Vouchers

- Responsible for all billing related tasks,

- Must be highly organized, extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively and independently with a positive attitude.

- Day-to-Day Office Operations such as answering the phones, getting the mail

- Track expenses and process expense reports.

The hours for this position are as follows

Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Knowledge of Financing and Accounting, Degree not required

Minimum 2 years experience in invoice processing
