Full Job Description

Access Management Coordinator

Position Summary

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Coordinator is responsible for administering, tracking, and auditing employee access across all firm systems and applications. This role ensures timely onboarding and offboarding of employee access, maintains security standards, supports password management initiatives, and conducts regular audits to minimize risk and ensure compliance with firm policies.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

: Coordinate system access setup for all new hires based on role, department, and business needs. Maintain standardized access profiles by position and department working closely with HR, IT, and department managers to ensure accurate access assignments

: Review employee promotions, transfers, and organizational changes to ensure access permissions remain appropriate. Add, modify, or remove system access based on updated job responsibilities, maintain documentation of all access modifications

: Monitor employee separations and terminations to ensure immediate removal of access from all firm systems and maintain documentation of such.

: Conduct regular audits of system access across the firm’s applications and technology platforms, identify inactive accounts, excessive permissions, shared credentials, and unauthorized access. Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

: Review password policies and security practices for firm-wide systems and applications. Coordinate periodic password updates for shared accounts and highly utilized systems. Ensure compliance with password complexity requirements and MFA’s.

: Maintain an accurate inventory of all firm applications, user groups, and access requirements. Develop and maintain access management procedures and documentation. Provide regular reporting on onboarding, offboarding, access exceptions, and audit findings.

: Serve as the primary point of contact for access-related questions and issues. Partner with IT, Human Resources, Operations, and department leaders to ensure efficient access management processes.

- Experience managing access across multiple software platforms

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with identity tools, multi-factor authentication, and security best practices preferred

- Knowledge of access governance and security framework.

- Experience with audit processes and compliance reporting.

- Familiarity with legal, financial, mortgage servicing, or foreclosure industry systems

- Advanced proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
