Full Job Description

Position Description: The Accounting Administrator will perform a range of general clerical and accounting functions. This position will support both accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as the Accounting Manager.

With current operations in France, Vermont, and Florida, a combined 2,500 acres of farmland, and brands being developed in over a dozen spirits categories, BHAKTA Spirits invites you to join us as curators of the largest collection of vintage spirits in the world, where we live a life integrated with the environment on our fully functional farm distilleries.

Responsibilities

· Perform accounting and clerical functions to support the Accounting Manager

· Enter daily transactions into QuickBooks

· Manage, organize, and file paperwork and documents, sorting and distributing mail

· Assist in month-end closing

Qualifications

· Must be able to communicate in English

· Must be a team player

Must have:

· Strong problem-solving, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation research and resolution, data analysis, and multitasking

· Experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and general bookkeeping

· Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel; Bill.com a plus

· Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Time Management and Organizational skills

Compensation Package

· Hourly Rate $20-$22 commensurate with experience

· Technology provided

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
