Full Job Description

Job Overview
Capstone Properties, a full-service, forward looking real estate company is looking for a property manager to lead its leasing, client and resident service, accounting and administrative activities. Opportunity exists to expand into brokerage services.

Preferred skills and abilities include some or all of the following:

· Extremely strong computer/technology skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work with wide cross-section of customers and the public

· Ability to handle calls and inquires in a fast-paced environment

· Abilities and/or interest in accounting, real estate, property management, leasing and marketing.

· Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Skills in the following areas are not required but would be desired:

· Accounting software (quickbooks)

· Property management software

Applicants should possess an interest in pursuing a long-term career in real estate and property management and a desire to advance towards increasing responsibility. $55,000 to $85,000 annually to start depending on experience and qualifications. Experience welcome, but work ethic, drive and desire to positively impact the Athens, Ohio community prioritized. Position offers long-term job security and positively impacts the local community. Extensive real estate and management training provided.
