Full Job Description

ACCOUNTING & EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST

Omni Tech Solutions is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team.

This position will be responsible for helping manage the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of our company while also providing support to ownership and upper management.

Responsibilities will include:

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Payroll processing and management
Tracking and reconciling company expenses
Customer invoicing and payment tracking
Vendor bills and payments
Maintaining accurate financial records
Assisting with basic financial reporting and documentation
Supporting ownership and upper management with administrative tasks and special projects
Helping track important tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
Other accounting and administrative responsibilities as needed

We’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, highly organized, comfortable with technology, able to manage multiple responsibilities, and willing to take ownership of their work.

Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.

Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
