Executive Admin-on-Call: Required participation in the rotating Executive Admin-on-Call schedule (additional stipend provided).
The Executive Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development is responsible for leading Vive's people strategy and developing the workforce that supports exceptional behavioral healthcare for adolescents and their families.
Vive operates a comprehensive behavioral health continuum that includes psychiatric hospitalization, intermediate secure care, residential treatment, partial hospitalization, and outpatient transition services. Every employee contributes to creating a safe, therapeutic environment where adolescents can stabilize, heal, and successfully transition home.
This executive leader oversees all Human Resources operations while serving as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, organizational culture, employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
The Executive Director is expected to build systems that allow Vive to grow while maintaining exceptional employee engagement, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field required
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
- 3 years of progressive Human Resources leadership
- 1-3 years of executive or senior leadership experience
- Healthcare, behavioral health, or hospital experience preferred

Participate in the rotating Executive Admin-on-Call schedule.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to staffing emergencies.
- Supporting workplace crises.
- Assisting with behavioral health emergencies requiring executive guidance.
- Providing leadership during after-hours operational issues.
- Supporting employee relations concerns.
- Participating in monthly executive debriefings.
- Supporting emergency operations and organizational continuity.
An additional stipend is provided for participation in the Executive Admin-on-Call schedule.
