Full Job Description

Operations Coordinator – Executive Support & Client Onboarding (Remote)

Are you a highly organized professional with a passion for supporting executive teams and delivering exceptional client onboarding experiences? We’re seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our client's dynamic Cyber Services team, providing vital administrative and operational support that keeps the organization running seamlessly—all from the comfort of your home. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at managing multiple priorities, and have a knack for coordinating cross-functional activities across time zones, this is the opportunity for you!
As an integral part of our cient team, you’ll deliver top-tier executive support to senior leaders, coordinate client onboarding processes, and support operational reporting, ensuring every stakeholder enjoys a smooth, efficient experience. Your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction.

Job Details:
Duration: 6 months contract W2 with potential extension
Pay Rate: $30-$40 hourly
Remote- must be able to accomodate various timezones and supporting global team

Required Skills:

Proven experience in executive support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting planning
Strong competency with Salesforce for data entry, client record maintenance, and reporting
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work across various time zones and maintain confidentiality

Nice to Have Skills:

Prior experience in the insurance industry or client onboarding
Vendor management experience
Event or webinar coordination expertise

Preferred Education and Experience:

Secondary school certification; administrative qualifications are a plus
Prior experience supporting a global team across US, UK, EU, Asia, and Australia
Previous roles involving Salesforce administration and client onboarding processes

Estimated Min Rate: $30.00
Estimated Max Rate: $40.00
