Full Job Description

Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator/Receptionist is the front-line representative of Finken, welcoming and assisting walk-in customers and internal team member. They will also support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, answering phones, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients. Require an energetic and enthusiastic communicator with a confident, engaging phone presence and not afraid to pick up the phone. Comfortable building rapport quickly, handling high call volumes, and creating a positive experience for every customer. Brings a high level of energy, clear communication, and a personable approach to every conversation.

Key Responsibilities

Answer phones and direct to the right people
Asist walk-in customers with water and salt sales
Open the daily mail
Maintain overall office supplies and appearance
Able to lift 45 lbs.
Process Work Orders
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service departments.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales presentations.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other sales documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock availability.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and feedback.

Qualifications

Customer Service Experience, Sales and Marketing,
1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Highlevel and Canva software a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
