Full Job Description

Overview:

You are an organized and efficient front desk administrator with exceptional communication skills who greets everyone by their first name with a smile. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Your role affects the comfort and happiness of our employees.

This position includes reception, office management, and administrative responsibilities and partners closely with the Human Resources and Accounts Payable departments.

What you’ll do for us:

Oversee administrative and event planning items related to successful operation of corporate headquarters including ordering supplies, processing invoices, managing vendors, filing, and organizing break room
Liaise with building management and communicate with employees regarding corporate office events, closures, etc.
Operate front desk phone system; respond to employee sick-calls, general employee questions, and inquiries from residents at our apartment communities
Assist with HR duties including onboarding, file creation, and new hire announcements

Compensation:

The compensation range is $25 - $27 / hour.
