Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Agent / Field Manager to lead on-the-ground operations, ensuring seamless execution of field activities across designated regions. This role combines hands-on management with strategic oversight, empowering teams to deliver exceptional service, optimize client engagement, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and possess a passion for building collaborative relationships while leveraging data-driven insights to improve performance. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact through effective team management and client-focused initiatives.

Duties

Lead and supervise field teams to execute operational tasks efficiently, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols
Coordinate daily activities across multiple locations, managing schedules, resources, and logistics for optimal coverage. Oversee D 2 D and B 2 B campaigns
Build strong relationships with clients by conducting energy efficiency & water quality surveys as well as deliver important notice door hangers or residential neighborhoods and commercial businesses
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track activities, analyze data, and generate reports that inform decision-making
Conduct regular team coaching sessions to enhance skills in customer service, negotiation, sales, and technical proficiency
Oversee the onboarding and training of new team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration
Identify neighborhoods to market too as well industries to to target conduct out reach campaigns. Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Proven experience in supervising teams within customer support roles or call center management environments and D 2 D or B 2 B appointment setting capabilities
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for broader client engagement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems; familiarity with analytics tools is preferred
Demonstrated project management capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision making
Experience in client services management, negotiation, sales strategies, and customer service excellence
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Technical proficiency related to managing teams in customer support roles; coaching and analysis skills are highly valued
