BASE PAY:
- $52–$64/hour
- Up to $59/hour with approximately 10 years of experience
- Up to $64/hour with 15+ years of experience
ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION:
- Evening Differential: +$2.00/hour
- Night Differential: +$4.25/hour
- Extra Shift Premium: +$3.00/hour

CLINICAL PHARMACIST RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services while ensuring safe, effective medication therapy for hospitalized patients.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Rounding with interdisciplinary team
- Verify and process physician medication orders
- Compound and accurately dispense medications
- Review medication therapy for allergies, interactions, contraindications, and appropriate dosing
- Monitor patient drug therapy and recommend evidence-based clinical interventions
- Perform pharmacokinetic dosing consultations
- Manage anticoagulation therapy
- Complete renal dose adjustments and IV-to-PO conversions
- Provide drug information and medication consultations to physicians, nurses, and patients
- Support formulary management and therapeutic interchange programs
- Document clinical interventions and medication safety activities
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Active Florida Pharmacist License (or eligible to obtain before employment)
- PGY1 Residency preferred or at least one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
