We are seeking a Junior Web Designer with hands-on experience in WordPress and Elementor to join our growing web team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building beautiful, conversion-focused websites and wants to continue growing their skills in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress and Elementor
- Create landing pages focused on lead generation and conversions
- Customize website layouts, templates, and page designs
- Optimize websites for mobile devices and user experience
- Implement basic SEO best practices including page structure, metadata, and image optimization
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure websites align with branding and campaign objectives
- Maintain and update existing client websites
- Troubleshoot website issues and perform quality assurance testing
- Ensure websites are fast, secure, and professionally presented
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with WordPress and Elementor
- Experience with Elementor Pro
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with website hosting environments and domain management
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WooCommerce
- Experience integrating forms, CRMs, and marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
