Job Title: Solution Architect- ServiceNow Developer

Location: Dallas TX ( Hybrid)
Need USC only

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and drive process improvements within IT service management, automation, and other enterprise-level processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Lead the technical architecture and implementation of ServiceNow modules and functionalities (CMBD, GRC, Domain Separation, Integrations, Flows, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems.
Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow development and solution architecture.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
Ensure system performance, scalability, and security in ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Solution Architect.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and configuration.
Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, REST, SOAP, etc.).
ServiceNow certification (Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, or similar) preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
