Job Summary

Qualifications We Seek:

Minimum of five years of professional experience in interior architecture, showcasing your ability to handle diverse projects.
Background and knowledge of residential kitchen design at the luxury level a plus
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, enabling you to create detailed and accurate design drawings
Thorough understanding of the residential design project process, including planning and execution phases
Exceptional communication skills, combined with sound judgment and teamwork abilities
A proactive attitude, with the ability to pivot and adjust strategies as projects evolve
Strong problem-solving skills that empower you to develop innovative solutions when challenges arise
A collaborative spirit that encourages working closely with multidisciplinary teams
Experience with high-end fixtures, appliances, and hardware, especially in the realm of kitchen and bathroom design
Knowledge of millwork along with custom wood and metal components

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

Creation of project drawings and specifications that clearly articulate design intent and technical requirements
Managing projects efficiently from inception to completion, overseeing product selection, material procurement, and installation logistics
Conducting thorough site visits and inspections, collaborating closely with general contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications
Working in partnership with other professionals, including architects, interior designers, and artisans throughout the project lifecycle
Communicating effectively with vendors to manage the production process, ensuring that all materials arrive on schedule
