Role: Architectural Design Technician

Company: Powell CWM, Inc.

Compensation: Hourly rate + bonus opportunities

Location: Independence, MO

What you are great at:

Proven design from concept to completion skills.
Strong experience in preparing construction documents.
Thorough understanding of building codes, design standards and approval processes related to architectural design.
Your focus is using critical thinking to help develop creative designs.
Strong self-motivation with the ability to meet deadlines and provide high quality outcomes.

What you have already achieved:

Proven CAD experience in architecture
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Office, and Adobe Suite
