Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $48,000 – $50,000. Additionally, we offer:

Your Mission as Financial Planner Assistant:

You will support financial advisors by managing client services, coordinating financial plan implementation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Your role is critical in delivering an exceptional client experience while helping the firm scale efficiently.

Financial Planner Assistant’s duties and responsibilities:

Manage client services, scheduling, and account support
Assist in implementing financial plans
Open and service investment and insurance accounts
Maintain accurate client records and CRM systems
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
Support advisors with daily operational tasks
Keep processes organized in a fast-paced environment

Required experience and qualifications:

Minimum 1+ year of administrative or office experience (financial services or insurance preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma required (college preferred)
Clean background (required for financial industry)
Valid driver’s license

Preferred soft skills and personality traits:

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Positive, outgoing, and professional
Able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and takes initiative
Strong team player with a service mindset
