About JEVS Human Services

JEVS Human Services is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals achieve independence and success through workforce development, education, career services, and community-based programs. By combining innovation with compassionate support, JEVS empowers people of all backgrounds to reach their goals and strengthen their communities.

Role

As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support that helps internal teams remain organized, efficient, and responsive. You'll assist with maintaining records, coordinating documentation, organizing information, and supporting daily administrative processes across multiple departments.

Working remotely, you'll help ensure operational workflows remain on schedule while supporting collaboration across teams. Your attention to detail, organization, and communication skills will contribute to efficient day-to-day operations and help support the organization's mission.

Responsibilities

Organize, maintain, and update administrative records, operational documents, and electronic files.

Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and proper organization.

Prepare, retrieve, and distribute reports, forms, and operational materials.

Support daily administrative activities across multiple departments and programs.

Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation practices.

Coordinate workflow updates and assist with administrative follow-up.

Communicate with internal departments regarding documentation, scheduling, and operational requests.

Track assigned tasks and help ensure deadlines are met.

Handle confidential organizational information with professionalism and discretion.

Assist with process improvements that enhance administrative efficiency.

Perform additional administrative and operational support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience in administrative support, office administration, operations support, or a related role is preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and other web-based applications.

Experience maintaining electronic records and administrative documentation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.

Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.

Experience supporting nonprofit, education, workforce development, healthcare, or human services organizations is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
