Job Summary
Exciting fast paced pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with legal and a financial background,

This individual would provide legal support, review contracts along with financial analysis support to the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various areas of law, including but not limited to contract law, international law, arbitration, financing/banking lending and patent law relevant to pharmaceutical and/or financial industries This role requires strong analytical skills, legal research capabilities, and the ability to navigate customer facing negotiations while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

This is a fast-paced "Hedge-Fund" environment within the Life Science sector. We are looking for smart, nimble professionals who wants to grow and be a part of an exciting experience.

Duties

General understanding and ability to research pharmaceutical legal requirements for USFDA and international markets.
work with outside legal counsel on a wide range of issues affecting the organization, including corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation and decision-making.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the organization's interests.
ability to understand financial conjunction with legal aspect of contracts
ability to communicate with customers, suppliers, internal stakeholders and showcase the data in a competent manner
understands and can prepare DCF models and enjoys using excel

Requirements

Finance background with Legal understanding
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
