Position Overview
Acerbo’s Wraps & Graphics is seeking an experienced Vehicle Wrap Installation Manager & Lead Technician to lead our installation department while remaining actively involved in vehicle wrap and graphics installations.
We are a busy, growing, family-owned wrap and graphics company established in 1979. Our work includes commercial fleets, municipal and emergency vehicles, full and partial wraps, reflective graphics, lettering, striping and specialty installations.
Quality is one of the most important parts of our reputation. We are not looking for someone whose only goal is to get vehicles out the door quickly. We need a skilled professional who takes pride in doing the job correctly, identifies potential problems before they reach the customer and holds the installation team to consistently high standards.
This is a hands-on leadership position. The right person will work directly with our General Manager to organize shop workflow, improve installation procedures, train and develop installers, assist with hiring and build a stronger, more accountable installation department.
Key Responsibilities for Vehicle Wrap and Graphics Installation

- Complete appropriate vehicle disassembly and reassembly when required
- Ensure proper installation techniques are followed around curves, rivets, channels, recesses, seams, edges and other challenging areas
- Complete all required finishing procedures, including trimming, edge sealing, post-heating and final detailing

- Oversee necessary repairs, corrections or reprints
- Make sure required measurements, photographs, job notes, time records and QC documents are completed accurately
- Help reduce avoidable installation failures, reprints, missed details and customer concerns
- Hold the installation team to consistent quality and finishing standards
Installation Department Leadership
- Direct the daily workflow of the installation team based on job priorities and production schedules
- Assign work according to each installer’s experience, abilities and the requirements of the job
- Monitor job progress and communicate scheduling concerns or delays before they become larger problems
- Set clear expectations for quality, efficiency, organization, communication and accountability
- Provide constructive feedback and address recurring performance or quality issues
- Lead by example with a calm, professional and solutions-focused management style
- Help create a work environment where employees communicate, follow procedures and take ownership of their work
Hiring, Training and Staff Development
- Assist the General Manager with interviewing, evaluating and selecting installation employees
- Help evaluate candidates through portfolios, technical discussions and working interviews
- Train new and developing installers in vehicle preparation, material handling, installation techniques, finishing procedures, safety and quality control
- Identify individual training needs and establish clear improvement goals
- Help develop installers into dependable technicians who can complete work independently
- Recommend tools, equipment, certifications or training that could strengthen the department

- Work closely with the General Manager to review and improve installation policies, procedures, checklists and quality standards
- Identify workflow problems and recommend practical solutions
- Help standardize how vehicles move through installation, quality control and customer pickup
- Participate in planning and process-review meetings
- Remain open to improved products, tools, materials, techniques and technology
