Job Description

Adobe Workfront BA (70%) with PM (30%)

Defines goals, scope & delivery roadmap aligning with program vision.
Manages timelines, milestones & KPIs.
Facilitates communication & resolves blockers across stakeholders.
Identifies risks early & develops mitigation strategies.
Run discovery sessions with stakeholders (marketing, PMO, ops, etc.)
Document current-state workflows ('how work happens today')
Identify pain points, gaps, and inefficiencies
Define future-state processes aligned to Workfront capabilities
Create workflow diagrams, use cases, and user stories
Define how projects, tasks, approvals, and requests should flow
Standardize intake processes and project structures
Ensure consistency across teams (huge in Workfront rollouts)
Create user guides, SOPs, and process documentation
Support training sessions for end users
Help drive adoption by making things clear and usable

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is : $96366 to $150000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
