Bartender / Mixologist

ABOUT RAPIDS LODGE

Rapids Lodge is a historic seven-suite boutique lodge featuring an upscale restaurant and full-service bar in Grand Lake, Colorado, at the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We operate a disciplined, quality-focused restaurant built on consistency, teamwork, craftsmanship, and hospitality.

We are seeking an experienced Bartender / Mixologist who takes pride in producing exceptional cocktails, works with urgency, and thrives in a professional environment with high standards.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Schedules are built around business needs and applicant availability.

LOCATION

Grand Lake, Colorado, at the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Work in one of Colorado's premier mountain communities while serving guests from around the world.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Execute cocktail recipes and formulas with precision and consistency every service.

Prepare classic and modern cocktails to established standards.

Own your bar station from setup through breakdown.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout every shift.

Control portions, monitor inventory, and minimize waste.

Deliver professional, attentive guest service while maintaining speed and accuracy.

Work directly under the Front of House Manager with clear expectations and accountability.

Contribute to a small, high-performing team where reliability and teamwork are essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 year of verifiable bartending or mixology experience crafting cocktails.

Ability to execute multiple tickets accurately during high-volume service.

Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.

Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Professional attitude with a commitment to consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift bar supplies as needed.

Colorado alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain before employment) preferred.
