Full Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Billing Operations Analyst - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $24.00 per hour, W2

Position Overview:
The Billing Operations Analyst will join a Billing Operations team in a back-office operations role supporting critical billing processes, reconciliations, and revenue growth initiatives. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who can manage multiple priorities and work independently. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 4 days onsite and is open to recent college graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

Process billing control reports and execute batch processes within the billing application
Perform billing-related reconciliations and ensure data accuracy across operational processes
Assist with projects and initiatives that support business growth and operational efficiency
Prioritize and complete daily operational tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

Primary Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage competing responsibilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Back-office operations experience preferred

Desired Skills:

Banking or financial services experience
Experience with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
Microsoft Access experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field
